Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for you to join our growing After Sales - Service division. As a Service Systems and Process Specialist, you’ll be working at the very heart of our headquarters, liaising closely with back-office planners, engineers, managers and key internal stakeholders, with some national travel to our other sites to collaborate with the wider business.

How you will make an impact:
Utilising your valuable expertise in the area of system services you will provide training, guidance and support to teams utilising systems to ensure that all systems are managed and administrated effectively.
You will:
• Split function: Business Process & Systems Specialism, Project Support & IT Liaison.
• Standardise and document process flows.
• Act as an ambassador for service systems within the team and the wider business.
• Troubleshoot system issues, educate users, and create processes within the service department, to ensure that the system and processes contribute to operational efficiency and deliver a positive internal and external stakeholder experience.
• Constantly push boundaries within the system to drive innovation and improvement. Deep dive into system workings & processes to gain insights to recommend suitable improvements.
• Be our local technical service systems liaison for our European headquarters for any improvements and updates, ensuring they’re rolled out effectively to local system users.
About you:
You will be proficient in Salesforce (modules, features & applications) which will aid your ability to swiftly establish an adept understanding of our other systems and related process flows across various platforms, many of which are bespoke to our business.
Applying a systematic, analytical, problem-solving mindset to address issues/challenges within the system and create business cases for appropriate system changes.
You will thrive in working in a standalone, fast paced, collaborative environment and as such, be efficient and organised with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
