About you You will experienced in managing complex HR systems and have a strong track record of managing high performing teams committed to excellent customer service and service delivery. You will be an excellent communicator and strong influencer with the ability to build strong working relationships. You will also have good problem solving skills with the ability to use data to inform business decisions and be accustomed to working in a fast paced working environment.
