Summary


This is the key role for providing Directory of Services (DoS) leadership within EEAST, primarily by implementing the rollout of NHS Pathways. This role will support best practice, establish and drive consistency, and work collaboratively with the Regional and Local DoS Teams to improve and maintain quality, accuracy and efficacy of the Directory of Services across the Trust footprint.

They will be expected to lead the development and implementation of region wide digital enabled business solutions
• Be an integral part of the rollout of NHS Pathways within EEAST project, providing subject matter expertise, collaborating with EEAST colleagues, Regional and Local DoS Teams, and other Providers as required to ensure a successful and positive mobilisation.
• Provide ongoing subject matter expertise troubleshooting, communication, and NHS Pathways training as needed post go live.
• The post holder will be required to maintain and improve constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, e.g. National DoS Team, Regional DoS Team, Local DoS Teams, Integrated Care Systems (ICS), NHS Pathways, NHS 111 Providers, and other Providers across the region etc.
