Summary


Manpower is recruiting for 2 Business Operations Analysts to join our global client. In this role, you will focus on financial reporting and analysis, with an emphasis on budget management and resource allocation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing financial data and preparing reports on budget performance, variances, and future resource needs.
  • Monitoring actual time bookings and managing employee timesheets.
  • Identifying and proposing financial risks and opportunities.
  • Compiling monthly financial review packages, highlighting discrepancies between forecasted and actual costs.
  • Contributing to monthly headcount reports and forecasting resource requirements for upcoming months.
  • Overseeing resourcing activities, including contract renewals, onboarding, and role assignments.
  • Ensuring governance by attending meetings, documenting minutes and actions, and preparing work instructions while maintaining audit compliance.
  • Implementing the communications plan by preparing monthly communication packages and facilitating efficient meetings.
  • Assessing the quality of internal CVs and ensuring compliance.
  • Reviewing KPIs and developing action plans to achieve targets.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as certification tracking and awards.
  • Processing and analysing data sets to provide insights.
  • Handling RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management.
  • Addressing ad hoc queries across the organisation.


Skills Required:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Strong numeracy skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, including forecasting, actuals, and budget tracking.
  • General office administration experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with RAID would be advantageous
