We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will work to create visual content to help drive recruitment and sales campaigns – from branded collateral to social media graphics, animations, video, photography and advertising content. All content will be engaging and aligned with current brand values.
As the Graphic Designer will support all marketing efforts and be comfortable creating and storing a range of digital assets for use in various campaigns.
You will be working alongside the senior leadership team and reporting directly to the Group Head of Marketing.
Core responsibilities
Create a wide range of digital assets to support marketing activities and campaigns – including but not limited to social media, graphics, animations, photos, video content, infographics, advertising content, newsletters, printed materials and logos.
To ensure all assets are stored and maintained in a logical and consistent manner.
Ensure all assets are fit for purpose and within brand guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of standard graphic design packages including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and skilled in every step of the design process from concept to final deliverable.
Excellent project and time management skills.
An eye for a story and a creative approach to creating digital content – the ability to take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Good understanding of branding and marketing.
Photography experience and proficiency in photo-editing software.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience of content marketing.
Based on 37.5 hours per week. 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday. 30 mins unpaid lunch. Statutory UK holidays.
