Summary

The Senior Digital Content and Experience Specialist sits at the heart of that proposition; helping develop actionable strategy resources, creating robust recommendations and crafting quality experiences.

You’ll work closely with the Strategy Director and Head of Business Solutions, Content Managers and channel specialists, supporting content programmes from opportunity analysis through planning and production to performance measurement.

As well as creating onsite, product and social content for our clients, you’ll occasionally craft case studies, award entries, reports, guides, news and more for the iCrossing brand.

As an expert communicator with a keen eye for trends, detail and the crux of a story, you’ll be able to simplify the complex and delight both clients and audiences.

This role is hybrid and requires 2 days per week in the office (London/Brighton).

iCrossing has a global presence, but this role is UK-based. You must have the Right to Work in the UK as unfortunately we are currently unable to sponsor those who require a VISA.

What you’ll do

Content and experience strategy lead: On key accounts you’ll take responsibility for creating content and experience strategies and roadmaps through audits, actionable insights and the development of central strategic resources to solve client problems. You will attend regular meetings with clients and be the key point of contact for content planning, production and measurement questions.
Content and copy audits: You’ll audit onsite, product, social and paid media content to make actionable recommendations that improve the impact of client’s planning, production and publishing programmes.

Content recommendations: Through the filter of the brand’s goals and operational set up, you’ll translate search and social insights into content recommendations that act as robust wireframe briefs for writers.

Measurement: You’ll work with SEO, Paid Media & D&A to define reporting metrics and review and optimise the implementation of our content.

Case studies and thought-leadership: You’ll create case studies from Content success stories (for pitches, proposals and the iCrossing site) and contribute thought-leadership pieces to the iCrossing site.
