Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Graphic Designer and Packaging Coordinator to join our growing business. This is a part-time but permanent position with the potential to transition to full-time as the business expands. The role will involve designing and managing various day-to-day designing and organising jobs while contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customers design and business calls, emails and supplier enquiries.
Maintaining and tracking ongoing design jobs and packaging orders.
Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
Supporting general design administration tasks.
Taking initiative in decision-making and problem-solving.
Managing social media and performing general office software tasks.
Required Skills:
Graphic design and printing skills.
Packaging and production knowledge
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in Graphic design, office software and computer skills.
Punctuality and reliability.
Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
Optional Skills (Desirable but not essential):\
Packaging and production experience.
Basic accounting and accounting software.
Social media marketing.
