Summary
Healthcare Assistant - Day & Night Shifts An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Assistant at Cherwell Hospital in Banbury. You will be expected to work on a full-time basis 37.5 on a flexible departmental rota including weekends if required (day & night shift). Cherwell Hospital is part of the Ramsay Health Care Group and is a highly respected private hospital with a reputation for providing exceptional service to our patients. Please note we will require some flexibility to work overnight (with enhancements starting at 30% [evenings, weekends, bank holidays & nights] on top of the salary. In this role you will work on our busy Wards department at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. Attention to detail is key with the ability to stay calm and be practical in challenging situations. The Hospital has a 40-bed inpatient unit, consisting of single or twin rooms and a day case facility. All rooms which have twin beds are single sex units ensuring privacy and dignity at all times.
