To provide a comprehensive phlebotomy service to the population of Newcastle upon Tyne across a variety of primary care settings. To perform venepuncture blood collection as requested and to understand the principles and clinical guidelines underpinning chronic disease monitoring. To perform POC testing for warfarin monitoring. To offer a high standard of care for housebound patients.
