• Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
• Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and drive lead generation.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the property or construction sector.
• Strategic & Creative: A strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Digital Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Passion for Sustainability: A passion for sustainability and an understanding of the eco-friendly housing market is a plus.
Whats On Offer:
• Opportunities for career progression within a growing and innovative company.
• A supportive and collaborative work environment.
• The chance to make a significant impact on the future growth of a leading brand.
