Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial patient assessments, including taking detailed medical histories and performing physical examinations on patients presenting with MSK related issues Formulate accurate diagnoses and create individualised treatment plans in consultation with patients Provide evidence-based treatment interventions, including ordering diagnostic tests and referring patients to specialists as needed Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and self-management strategies to promote recovery and prevent further injury Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
