What you'll do

As a Property Asset Manager, you’ll be delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting and performance management of our property portfolio. You’ll be regarded as an expert to enable and inform asset management activities, standards, processes and controls, on a range of subjects including financial provisions and exit costs, general property advice, valuation advice, landlord or tenant issues and treasury management.

You’ll also be:

  • Identifying opportunities to drive value, such as leading re-gears, vacant and underutilised spaces, and partial surrenders and sales, while maintaining a full service provision
  • Project managing asset management activities, such as acquisitions and disposal of space
  • Building and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Making sure that the bank operates from an efficient and effective portfolio, through internal and external service providers
  • Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls for activities involving property assets

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for a chartered surveyor with a track record of managing varied aspects of a large corporate real estate portfolio.

You'll also need:

  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across a variety of levels
