Inventory Shift Manager
Location: Surrey
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating 4-week schedule:
• 06:00 - 14:00 (first 4 weeks)
• 14:00 - 22:00 (second 4 weeks)
Salary:
• £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Role Overview:
KPI Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Shift Manager for our client in Surrey. The successful candidate will manage stock control operations and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all stock control operational processes, supported by reports from the Inventory Analyst.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is correctly located.
• Utilize warehouse demand calculations to manage inventory levels.
• Ensure adequate stock availability at all times.
• Follow the Bonded Goods in Transit process from PW to GGH and GGH to PW.
• Receive all goods on delivery day.
• Manage minimum and maximum stock levels based on pick bin profiling.
• Profile SKUs according to the min-max strategy.
• Locate and manage new product lines.
• Review and optimize end-to-end inventory processes.
• Train and refresh team members on relevant processes.
• Investigate and resolve stock issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience as an Inventory Shift Manager.
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent disciplinary and team management skills.
