Crynodeb
As the successful candidate you must lead the team to deliver high quality, customer focused front of house service including reception and call centre, issuing first line information and basic administration duties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to present a positive image of the College both on the telephone and face to face.
Key responsibilities include being proactive and actively engaged in developing the quality of the call centre, reception and information functions to ensure a responsive, customer focused service, responding to customers’ needs and being proactive in ensuring satisfactory outcomes for all contacts.
Experience of working in a Call Centre/reception role (or similar) in a very busy customer focused environment and a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) are essential for this role. Along with a Supervisor or Team leader qualification or willingess to work towards.
