At Ingeus, we are looking for a Communications & Public Affairs Manager who can confidently lead communication strategies, work proactively with stakeholders, and drive high-impact initiatives. What You'll Do:

  • Protect and promote the brand and reputation of the company, ensuring our message resonates with key audiences.
  • Develop and execute local and national communications activities to boost stakeholder engagement, including events, presentations and external networking.
  • Lead the way on emerging trends and insights, ensuring our service and communications stay ahead of the curve with accurate, comprehensive and timely monitoring.
  • Craft and maintain clear, accurate plans and content across external communication channels.
  • Manage crisis communications, ensuring strong communications leadership in challenging situations.
  • Produce impactful reports to measure influence and success, supporting continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in communications and public affairs, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.
  • Solid knowledge of the media landscape.
  • Experience in organising events and managing communications under pressure.
  • A knack for producing high quality, compelling written content, from communications assets to reports and briefings, with a keen attention to details.
  • Exceptional political and commercial acumen.
  • Commitment to ensuring accessibility in all communications.
  • Ability to analyse a wide range of data for trends and insight.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
