To qualify for this role, you'll need:
- RGN qualification and valid UK NNMC Pin
- Proven experience working as a Registered General Nurse in an adult care setting, demonstrating clinical competence and adaptability.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional care.

As a Staff Nurse, you will:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual care plans, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team, maintaining strict adherence to protocols and patient safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients through effective communication and teamwork.
