About the role We are recruiting to the role of Step 2 Lead to manage our team of PWPs. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and professional individual who will join our small management team as we continue to grow and develop our services in the Sefton area. You will be confident in your clinical abilities, but perhaps now looking to sidestep into a managerial role, where you can support colleagues as they continue to deliver high quality interventions to the communities we serve. Above all, your personal and professional values must align with those of the organization. We have a Service Manager in post who leads the service overall and you will be further supported by both a Clinical Lead and Deputy Clinical Lead, whilst working alongside our existing Step 2 Lead. About you You will have a PWP or equivalent qualification with training in risk management. You should have experience of supervising staff and the ability to support trainee and qualified PWPs through clinical guidance and have knowledge of different models of mental health. Working within IAPT and having the ability to demonstrate a range of post qualifying experience is essential.
