Sale Supervisor
Qualifications, experience and Skills
As a sales Supervisor you are required to:
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good at problem solving and critical thinking
Carry out independent planning and decision making
Have good time management and organisational skills
Demonstrate patience in difficult situations and provide excellent customer service.
Be able to mentor and tutor colleagues
Show initiative and confidence
Demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous knowledge and experience in sales and management is a must.
Main responsibilities
You will be required to undertake advertising and promoting sales and your duties wil
involve creating displays in a retail store and training
staff on product knowledge. Your responsibilities include
using shelf placement strategies and in-store displays
to market products and maximize their exposure to the customers. You will report to the senior office manager
and assist him with the smooth running of the administrative duties. You are required to have some
knowledge of merchandising, use of retail related software's however, training will be given. You need to be
proficient in using Microsoft Office, creating posters and leaflets for sales and promotions.
As part of your role as sales supervisor you will be expected to keep a close eye online sale, improve
product lines by both expanding them and re-organising them on our web-portal to improve customers experience both online and in store.
Pay: £38700
Hours: 37.5 hours per Week
