Huntapac Produce Ltd is a medium business in Preston PR4 6JJ. We grow and pack carrots and parsnips for some of the UK's leading retailers.
Supplying some of the major supermarkets in the UK as well as independent retailers, wholesalers, food service, caterers and food manufacturing sectors standards are consistently very high and a strong management team ensure these standards are maintained at all times. Family tradition and a commitment to quality are still as important today as they were 70 years ago. This heritage has passed down through generations of the Hunter family and ensures that Huntapac is supplying high quality produce whilst embracing a rapidly changing food market – From this seed of thought; the 'Roots' brand was launched.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking self-driven, motivated, adaptable and hardworking individuals to join our strong team as Production operative with potential for (Machine Operators) position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible and will have previous experience in production environmental.
You will be responsible for packing / grading carrots on production line.
Development opportunities are available to become Machine Operators or Team Leaders.
What are we offering :
AM shift :
Monday - Friday, 40h contract, 05:30AM - 02:00PM. 11.44£h.
PM shift :
Monday - Friday, 40h contract, 02:00PM - 10:30PM. 11.44£h.
Night shift :
Monday to Friday, 32.5h contract, 10:30PM - 05:30AM. 11.44£h. (2£h night shift allowances)
Any overtime will be paid 1.25%.
