Are you looking for a new role which will be varied, challenging and rewarding?
Do you have good communication skills, including the use of social media?
Are you well organised with the ability to multitask?
The post holder will be required to support the efficient and effective operation of the reception area of the Orangebox Young Peoples centre, set up rooms for external hires to the requested format, promote and market services that take place in the building and manage our social media output.
You will be required to assist in administration matters relating to the Orangebox, maintaining accurate recording of information, organising meetings, dealing with post, electronic filing of reports and providing general administrative and excellent customer care service as well as dealing with staff, other agencies, and service users both in person, on the telephone and through emails.
The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team and on their own, have a great work ethic and be able to maintain a high standard of work.
The postholder will need to be flexible in their approach including working some evenings and weekends and will need to be able to manage a complex set of demands and prioritise effectively.
