JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic candidate to support teaching and learning at Robert Le Kyng Primary School in Swindon. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities. 27.5 hours per week Term Time Only (J or K grade) plus 2.5 hours MDSA (J grade) between 8.45am - 3.15pm. The salary for the TA post is graded J-K depending on experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Working with class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learning
Coaching children on a 1:1 or group basis
Supporting assessment and evidencing learning
Working with the teacher to create stimulating classroom displays and learning resources
Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all learners
Creating opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of abilitySupporting SEND children on a 1:1 or group basis
