Crynodeb
A temporary ongoing position has arisen to assist in maintaining the streets and highways throughout the Boston Borough Council area. The main duties will include emptying approx. 150 bins per day, litter picking and the cleaning of streets, highways and all land accessible to the public including footpaths, car parks and green open spaces. The successful candidate will be expected to operate equipment, barrows, street vacuums and also ensure that all street furniture, signs and litter bins are cleaned and maintained. The working hours will be on a rota system - the hours will be 37 per week and between 5.30am - 6pm and will include some weekend work. Please note, there is a lot of walking involved per day, approx. 20,000 steps. This role would suit a candidate who enjoys working outdoors.
