Oxford Health is committed to providing high quality preceptorships to all newly qualified nurses and to anyone new to CAMHS or returning to practice. The team at Marlborough House welcome newcomers from all backgrounds and values the experience and knowledge of all its diverse team members. This role involves working shifts which will include some nights, weekends and bank holidays. Our shift patterns are as follows: early shifts 07:00-14:45, late shifts 13:15-21:00 and the night shifts are 20:40-07:20 This role requires a willingness and ability to role model healthy eating behaviour with patients and support as trained/required. Also required is a level of fitness and ability to competently perform Physical Interventions and/or Breakaway techniques (practical and theory) following training. As part of the interview process young people on the unit may be giving each applicant a brief tour of the premises and will also be asking a few interview questions they have prepared themselves.
