Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyse the data in depth but critically, extract the meaning and learnings from the data toultimately support decision-making, UX optimisation and strategy – thus delivering value to our clients
  • Help toplan,developand executea CRO strategy forour Insights clients,toreduce customer friction and improve funnel conversion rates, revenue and other KPIs and metrics for businesses, using data from various digital analytics tools
  • Use your analysis skills to discover issues and opportunities for digital user experience improvements including statistical testing (A/B and MVT)
  • Align proposed testing initiatives with clear KPI’s that align with overall business goals andobjectives
  • Be responsible foranalysing large datasets using platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics and Optimizely
  • Develop and continually add to a detailed and considered roadmap of testing initiatives, fuelled by detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Execute the end-to-end process to implement saidroadmap of testing initiatives(test mock-up, test configuration, quality assurance, test activation, test analysis)
  • Ensureeach testing initiative is delivered ontime,andprovidedetailed performance reports on the back of each
  • Work collaboratively within the wider business (alongside Strategy, Design and Development) to develop,launchand measure new tests based on reporting analysis
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities within tighttimeframes
  • Work flexibility and adapt recommendations to suit client budgets

The Ideal Candidate

  • A data-driven and commercial mindset with strong knowledge of CRO principles to deliver user outcomes
  • Ability to extract, analyse and interpret datafromvariousanalyticsplatforms(GA4, Adobe Analyticsasessential requirements)
  • Expertiseinidentifyingareas for improvement from both detailed analytics andpreviousexperience in UX
  • Proven experience in systematically optimising user experience - creating, prioritising and evolving CRO roadmaps
  • Solid understanding of web tracking,demonstratedexpertiseinA/B and MV testing
  • A good understanding of general UX & UI best practices, as well as (ideally)psychology and persuasion principles
  • Demonstrated copywriting skills (within the context of proposed experiments)
  • Hands-on experiencewithtesting andpersonalisation tools(Optimizelyessential), covering the full end-to-end process from test configuration, quality assurance, activation to analysis.
  • Understanding of technical elementsincludingHTML,CSSandJavaScript(NB: Not necessarily carrying outhands-on coding & development but a competent understanding within the context of proposing and troubleshooting experiments)
  • Basic experience with design tools (such as Figma) used in the creation of experiment wireframes
  • Broad understanding of digital and marketing influences (e.g. SEO, PPC,Affiliates, DM) and their impact on web performance
  • Excellent planning, task management and time management skills
