TeacherActive is proud to be working with a school in Kent that specialises in meeting the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The school is growing rapidly to meet the increasing demands and offers opportunities both inside and outside of lessons to promote pupils’ engagement and comprehensive career support programmes.
The school is looking to take on a passionate Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) Learning Support Assistant to support teachers in educating young people with SEND aged 11-19.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
• Level 3 in a relevant qualification.
• Experience providing support as a LSA with SEND pupils.
• A caring, patient and nurturing personality.
