Hourly Rate: £22.50 per hour plus paid breaks
Part-time or full-time considered (minimum of 2 nights per week)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client's team at their nursing home. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to older adult patients during night shifts.

- Valid RGN or RMN qualification and valid UK NMC registration

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support to older adult patients during the night shift
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the medical team
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report any significant changes to the appropriate staff
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans for older adults
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for older adult patients during the night
