Summary
The Recruitment Co are looking for a Management Accountant to work for an exciting and dynamic company in Stanley, Co.Durham on a permanent basis.
Salary: £35-£40K per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week
Holidays: 30 including Bank Holidays - Additional days awarded in line with length of service
We are looking for a fully qualified (ACCA/ACA), experienced individual with the drive and passion to succeed. You will report to the Group Chief Financial Officer, and play a critical role in delivering key financial insights and reports. This position requires an experienced professional who is fully qualified (ACCA/ACA) with a strong practice background.
Duties Include:

Monthly management account analysis and reporting for individual companies

VAT return analysis and submission, as well as with other ad hoc HMRC reporting

Financial forecasting projects

Responsible for year-end compliance, financial audits, and tax analysis

Completing Office of National Statistics reporting
Skills & Experience:
-
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) with a solid practice background

Systems experience with all Microsoft applications (particularly Excel) with a working
knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and QAD being a particular advantage

Proven record of working well as an individual as well as part of a team
