Job Title: Mobilisation Manager
9 months fixed term contract / 9 months secondment for internal applicants
Hours: 35
Location: Working from home with travel across al areas of the organisation
Salary: £50,000 plus car allowance £1352.42
Key Purpose of the role:
To oversee and lead on mobilisation projects utilising consistent and established processes, to include:
- Implementation of new services
- Transfer of existing services to alternative providers
- Closure of existing services
This is a national role, working alongside internal and external partners.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong project management skills
- Credibility and integrity as a project leader
- Experience in social care operational management
- Proven ability to develop and foster good inter-departmental relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Familiarity, working knowledge and understanding of the people (staff) aspect of mobilisation and able to work in collaboration with the project’s People and Inclusion Lead
- Familiarity, working knowledge and understanding of the housing aspects of mobilisation, and able to work in collaboration with the project’s Housing lead
- Ability to work through and provide swift, achievable solutions to resolve pinch points of a project.
- Understanding of the challenges and demands of working away from home and the ability to travel across the country, with the potential to stay overnight (at times) as dictated by the needs of the project.
- Have strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Are comfortable in making decisions at pace and can juggle competing demands on your time and energy.
