Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts,
probate, tax planning, and Court of Protection work.
- Provide clear and empathetic advice to clients on sensitive matters.
- Draft legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and build trust.
- Maintain a high level of professional conduct and ethical standards.
