Essential Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years in residential child care, including 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
•Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or willingness to start within 6 months.
•Familiarity with childcare legislation, The Quality Standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Strong leadership, planning, and budget management skills.
•Confident in written and verbal communication.
•Understanding of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
•Full UK driving license required.
