ARC Group are recruiting for a dedicated Security Maintenance Engineer to join our clients team and help maintain the highest standards of security and safety.
As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. You will work closely with their clients to ensure their security needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities for Security Maintenance Engineer:
• Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access controls.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on security equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and provide recommendations.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.
Requirements for Security Maintenance Engineer:
• Proven experience as a Security Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Technical proficiency in electrical and electronic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCTV installation, electronic security) are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Fire Alarm experience is a bonus
