Crynodeb
The Site Officer has a role in welcoming hirers to the Pavilion on the Park, including setting up and clearing away after regular and ad hoc events.
The post is part of a small site team who share the responsibility of looking after the Pavilion on the Park and keeping it secure, clean and well-maintained, over seven days a week.
Site team members are expected to be confident with lone working, understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and maintaining hygiene standards at all times.
Working hours will vary and include a core schedule of 5 set hours on a Sunday with additional flexible opportunities available, depending on the schedule of ‘ad hoc’ bookings.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the security of the premises, along with carrying out regular maintenance checks and general housekeeping duties, including cleaning of floors/toilets and public areas.
Supporting bookings and hire organisers before, during and after events or activities, including answering phone queries and resolving problems.
Reporting any Health and Safety concerns immediately.
Providing excellent internal and external customer service to all centre users
Communicating in a positive manner with onsite hirers to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
GCSE in Literacy and numeracy would be an advantage. although a positive, 'can-do' attitude and proven reliability will be very important.
