Job Title: Support Worker ( learning disabilities)



Location: Bury, Greater Manchester



Contract Type: Permanent



Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time available



Salary: £12.00 per hour (plus additional payments for sleep-ins)

We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to support people with learning disabilities. No experience is required—just the right attitude. If you’re caring, patient, and eager to make an impact, we’ll provide full training and support to help you succeed.



What You’ll Do:



Support individuals to live fulfilling lives, build skills, and access new opportunities.
Help with day-to-day tasks, social activities, and emotional support.
Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.


What You’ll Need:



A kind, caring nature, and good communication skills.
Ability to be flexible to do shift work, which might include some long days, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
A driving license.
Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma (preferred, but not essential).
