Up to £27,000
PCB Assembler required by well established manufacturing company, based in Somerset . The successful candidate will be responsible for building PCBs to customer specifications and requirements. Also writing and maintaining standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Main Duties – PCB Assembler
• Assembly of PCBs.
• Working from drawings and specifications.
• Through hole soldering of components.
• Crimping and wiring.
• Inspection of fine detailed work, using magnifiers.
• Carrying out rework and repair when required.
• Writing and maintain procedures and work instructions.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Previous experience within a similar role.
• IPC trained or equivalent.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
