Job OverviewSafeguard our customer's property, people, and assets by providing top-notch security services. Exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through accountability and exceptional service. Engage in continuous self-development through additional training.
Main DutiesOperations
-Comply with all policies, laws, and regulations.
-Execute tasks as per Assignment Instructions (AI's).
-Stay updated on AI changes and suggest improvements.
-Maintain necessary licenses, including CCTV PSS SIA Licence.
-Follow legal and safety requirements.
-Work systematically and methodically.
Training
-Complete all required competency training.
-Pursue continuous self-development as directed.
-Use technology to enhance job knowledge.
-Renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
-Report any Health & Safety hazards immediately.
-Stay vigilant to threats or changes in the environment.
-Act swiftly and sensibly in threatening situations.
-Maintain professionalism in tough situations.
-Record detailed incident notes promptly.
-Keep schedules and show commitment to Mitie and the Client.
-Make timely check calls and report incidents to emergency services and Communication Centre.
