Title: HGV Driver / LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver The Best Connection is looking for experienced Class 1 drivers for a variety of clients based in Milton Keynes. The desired candidate must be local and live within the Milton Keynes/Buckingham area.
You must hold a valid LGV C+E, Class 1 UK licence with no more than 6 points, a UK digital tachograph card & a full DQC (CPC card).
Pay rates and Shifts will be confirmed on the time of booking.
Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues or malfunctions. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle. Qualifications: A Full valid UK Licence with Category C+E, A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card, No more than 6 points on your licence, Minimum of 1 year experience of Class 1 driving, Good knowledge of the UK roads, Clear and concise communication skills.
