The IS Analyst for Telecoms & Networks works within in the Workplace team within the Booker IT Department, and is responsible for delivering effective, secure and efficient systems in Telecoms and Networks to help improve customer happiness and cash profit.
The role is primarily responsible for helping to deliver the corporate telephone system to Stores, Distribution Centres and Offices in various locations throughout the UK. There will also be a requirement to provide network support for systems and users based in Equity House, Booker’s Support Centre office.
Due to the nature of the role, and systems supported, it may on occasion be vital to work outside of normal business hours. In addition to this, the successful candidate will be part of an out of hours customer concern process, and be encouraged to support the business as required should any incidents arise.

- Valid Full UK Driving Licence
- Good understanding of VOIP telephone systems
- Knowledge of network connectivity methods
- Knowledge of wholesale industry business processes useful, not crucial
