Are you looking for fantastic opportunity to work for and progress in a leading FM company?
I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for a PPM engineer to work on multiple high end - residential sites in the City. My client are looking to take on experienced maintenance engineer.
- Salary £32,000 - £33,000 + call out
- High end, residential sites in West London
- Monday - Friday + call out
- Opportunity to progress

Responsibilities:
- Variety of on site PPM's
- Fire panel
- Intruder alarm systems
- Basic building services
- Electrical PPM's
- Intercoms
- Reactive call outs
- Commercial systems maintenance
Requirements:
- Maintenance experience
- 18th edition/ Electrical qualification desirable
- Very client facing so great communication and very presentable
- Polite and calm to deal with tenants
