Job objectives and responsibilities
To provide an effective and efficient business intelligence to the service of OCC MI Performance and Compliance.
Main duties
-Provide comprehensive analytical business intelligence support to the OCC. Focus on MI outputs against contract requirements.
-Robustly interrogate and quality check all Management Information originating from the OCC.
-Supply the MI team in the Escorting Services Hub with accurate performance data which will be used to report direct to the wider business and the Home Office.
-Provide the Area Manager OCC & ICE Northern Ireland with a detailed monthly report analysing performance trends and patterns within the OCC
-Report on business intelligence service delivery opportunities.
-Act as the first point of contact for the OCC MI, dealing with queries and requests or escalating as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution.
-Produce and distribute, as required, documents and information in a timely manner consistent with company standards of efficiency and accuracy.
-Create and maintain accurate records for performance reporting.
-Screen incoming communications on MI, answer routine questions, and act as the SPOC for all to internal contact.
-Support the wider OCC team, undertaking duties as required, to assist in the smooth running of the office.
-Work closely with the customer contract monitoring team to provide detailed report if required
-Support the other Area Managers on data requests
Person Specification
-Previous strong analytical experience is required.
-Advanced Excel Skills.
