Logistics Coordinator
Location: Leeds Bradford Airport, Jet2.com Stores Warehouse
Hours: Full-Time (4 on 4 off shift pattern)

We are looking for a candidate with a background in Administration and an interest in Aviation to join our Stores Team as Logistics Coordinator. As our Logistics Coordinator you will have an impact on the efficient movement of Aircraft Parts from our Stores Warehouse, and benefit from completing a BIFA (British International Freight Association) Level 2 Qualification in Imports & Exports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking monthly transport costs, raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Coordinating training courses and business travel booking for Stores colleagues
- Providing Customs clearance instructions
- Regularly liaising with internal teams such as Engineering Administration and Finance
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills including MS Office
- Excellent communication and good general administration skills.
- Ideally (not essential) you will have a good understanding of Freight Forwarding and Customs Compliance.
