Inclusion Manager

Hours- 37 Hrs per week over 39 Weeks per year

Basis- Permanent, Term Time

Salary/Grade- Band 4, SCP (11-17) £22,979.00 - £28,770.00 (FTE)

Actual Salary- £22,406.89 - £24,814.13 (Pro Rata)

Your responsibilities

• To manage the inclusion work across the (working with Assistant Headteacher, SENDCo, Studentand Family Support Worker, Heads of Learning, Pastoral Managers and external agencies) daily,promoting collaboration and support for each other.
• To ensure structure, progress and impact for students who receive support
• To log, monitor and keep records of students’ attendance and completed work.
• To coordinate the logging of intervention and impact
• To prepare paperwork for annual reviews and other parental meetings
• Review intervention groups. Ensure staff and students are aware of session times and communicatethis with parents
• To liaise with staff on issues arising, being proactive in overcoming barriers to progress.
• To maintain regular and effective communication with staff regarding referrals and progress.
