You will be responsible for allocating tasks to Band 2 staff and support with training new starters so good communication and organisational skills are vital.

You will provide comprehensive and accurate admin and clerical support to the Community Tissue Viability Team within our Adult Physical Health services. This will include production of clinical letters, booking/rescheduling patient appointments, Arranging Transport, accurate data inputting onto electronic patient records system, answering complex telephone queries, minute taking, ordering supplies and Uniforms, and supervising band 2 staff.
This role is for 15 per week, working Monday & Tuesday 08:30-16:30.The post holder will need to be flexible as they may be required to undertake cross site working to cover annual leave/sickness to meet the needs of the service.
