We are currently recruiting for Level 2 and 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to work at our Nursery in Flax Bourton, a beautiful one year old setting, easily accessible from a lot of local road networks.
Everything we do is about the children and we constantly strive to do things better and better.
We can't do this without a lovely staff team which is why we do spend a lot of time and effort supporting and valuing our staff,
We can offer you whatever career path you wish to take as we are only 12 months old, we have lots of learning opportunities and career progression at all levels available.
Red Bus has been operating for over 11 years, we are a quality organisation who value our staff and we are an extremely stable place to work. We only have a small number of staff vacancies in each of our settings and we have good support from our own bank staff as needed.
We have an amazing team already in place at our Flax Bourton setting but we are now growing and want to add more lovely people.
What we offer you as a practitioner:
- full time (40 hours)
· a competitive salary up to £25,168 per year (plus an additional allowance of £1,000 per year for anyone with an early years qualification higher than a Level 3).
