Crynodeb
To manage and co-ordinate training and professional development of the administration team. To promote effective communication within the BCSP team ensuring that all staff.are aware of National, Trust and Business Unit aims and objectives. To ensure effective data management as per national requirements in line with data protection regulations. To support the Lead SSP, who leads on Quality Assurance, to monitor the Quality Assurance programme within the screening centre. To be an authorised signatory for financial payments up to a specific limit. To promote Lean principles within the department encouraging staff involvement at all levels. To work under in accordance between Northumbria Healthcare NHS Trust and Newcastle Hospitals Foundation NHS Trust in supporting service transformation between the endoscopy units To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching topromote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries.
