Key Responsibilities: Be accountable for the delivery of key Capital and Revenue Projects, recent examples have included the delivery of an award winning 48 bed Critical Care Unit using Modern Methods of Construction, expansion of a fully operational Emergency Department and installation of ground-breaking imaging equipment. Assist in the production and delivery of the Trusts 5 year Capital Programme (circa £30m per annum) along with leading on several exciting capital and revenue bid opportunities. Work with the Director of Estates, Facilities and Capital Development on shaping our built environment by assisting with the drafting and implementation of the Trusts Masterplan in collaboration with our Clinical Strategy 2023-2028. Provide specialist advice to the Board on design, procurement, construction of healthcare projects, ultimately to improve the care we provide to our patients. We are looking for a values-driven professional who has a creative and agile mind-set, motivated to always look at how things can be continually improved. You will be adept at building successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and have a collaborative and partnership style of working and bring credibility and confidence to the team.
