Responsible for the leadership and support for the successful delivery of the Geospatial Data Science Group through the provision of effective and efficient administrative support. The successful candidate will work closely with the PI, Prof Ana Basiri, the working groups leads, and the team’s administrator, as well as the team of researchers, PhD students, software engineers, and academics in the team.

They will create and maintain excellent working relations with external partner organisations, leading the team consisting of an administrator and impact facilitator to deliver effective collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders, while monitoring outputs, outcomes and impact.

You will have a strategic responsibility to deliver high quality and impact activities of the team including research strategy, stakeholders' development, seminars and training programmes, budget management, fund raising and reporting.

This post is part time (17.5 hours per week) and has funding available for up to 3 years in the first instance.
