Crynodeb
Ayrshire MOT Ltd is a busy local garage carrying out MOT testing, vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repairs for a wide range of vehicles, from cars to light commercial vehicles. We are looking for someone to fill a part time position working from 13:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
As a Service Advisor/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that they receive a high standard of service from first contact to handing the keys back over post repair. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, scheduling and quoting jobs on our garage management software and invoicing and taking payments. A customer service background would be advantageous as would previous motor trade experience or knowledge, however good computer literacy is a must.
