Crynodeb

The Progression and Transfer Lead (Pathways and Partnerships) will support this growth strategy through the management and oversight of progression, transfer, and academic attainment monitoring processes across a range of international partnerships, both existing and new.

Developing data-led customer journeys for Aston’s pathway and partnership students, the role-holder will establish seamless and customer-centric processes based on robust data which will enable simplified progression and transfer, maximising student numbers progressing and articulating into Aston degrees from these arrangements.

The successful candidate will be adept at analysing and manipulating historical conversion data and using this to inform and improve the customer experience for Aston’s range of pathways and partnerships. The role holder will be educated to degree level and have proven experience of data analysis, preferably within the Higher Education sector.

Working closely with a range of internal and partner stakeholders, the role-holder will collaborate across student recruitment, marketing, admissions and conversion functions, to ensure the successful and smooth progression and transfer of pathway and partnership students.

This role sits alongside the Conversion Lead (Pathways and Partnerships) to maximise conversion from Aston’s international partnerships.
