• Strong Communication and Requirement Gathering Skills.
• Ability to do gap fit Analysis and provide suggestion on the design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into tailored CRM solutions.
• Provide ongoing user support by addressing queries and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
• Lead and mentor the team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities to ensure high performance and development.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, addressing their concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Foster both client satisfaction and team morale, balancing both effectively.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service and Project Operations.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, integration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Skilled in managing the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and post-deployment
