As Brand Manager, you will work collaboratively with Barclays to define and drive the brand strategy for Tesco Bank as part of Tesco\'s partnership with Barclays. The candidate will use strategic thinking and passion for customers create opportunities for brand growth for the partnership and is responsible for working collaboratively with Barclays to oversee the governance of the Tesco Bank brand in support of the partnership
You will be responsible for
- Building strong relationships across the Partnership function to drive and challenge their growth plans with a customer centric curious mind.
- Working alongside Marketing Lead to drive the delivery Partnership plan to customers in line with Tesco Masterbrand guidelines
- Overseeing the brand health of Tesco Bank, in collaboration with Barclays
- Sharing best practice and thinking across the Partnership function
- Keeping up to date with the latest customer trends and competitor marketing activity to spot opportunities for Tesco
- Digesting customer insight from multiple sources to build customer led marketing opportunities
You will need
- Experience in delivering broadcast marketing campaigns
- Creative problem solving
- Strategic mindset
- Confidence in storytelling
- Collaborative approach - ability to bring cross-functional teams together to achieve success
- Ability to cope with ambiguity, and maintain resilience under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities from around the business
